Conflictos y orientaciones éticas en la relación salud y trabajo

Resumen

Economic progress is justified as long as it benefits humanity. Thus, the issue of ethics has always been present, especially in times of crisis or transition. To assure a feasible and sustainable development, it is essential that workes enjoy good healt, with clear ethical principles in the programs dedicated to this goal. However, there exits a deep contradiction between what is and what appears to be. Presently, there are many ethical problems that do not find new and current solutions in the modern world. On the contrary, ethical justifications are presented as solutions to disputes related to maintaining various forms of slavery (forced labor); the hiring of workers at the time of contracting with the most aberrant discrimination that does not allow for possibility of rectification; the imposition of personal behaviors, whics are considered to be healthy, as less costly and less committed alternatives for business; as well as the justification of the risk of workers without the bias of continuing production; the same as the increased risks that certain subjects should endure in the production if goods and services for the benefit of mani people.
