EFECTOS PSÍQUICOS DE LA MIGRACIÓN: PRESENTACIÓN DE CASOS DE NIÑOS ESCOLARIZADOS Y SUS MADRES

Resumen

El presente trabajo intenta detectar posibles alteraciones psiquicas, y/o mayor riesgo suicida en cinco casos de personas migradas. Partimos de la Hipotesis de que las migraciones pueden producir alteraciones en las Funciones de Realidad, asi como aumentar el riesgo suicida, por lo cual la estructuracion psiquica de esta poblacion seria mas debil que en la poblacion de no migrados. Los casos presentados, tres de ellos son ninos de 6 y 8 anos, de los cuales dos son hermanos. Los dos adultos son las madres de los ninos. Para la evaluacion se administro el Psicodiagnostico de Rorschach, aplicando a cada uno de los casos la Escala de Funciones Yoicas de Realidad (E.F.Y.R) y la Escala de Suicidio para Adultos (E.S.P.A.). Argentina, pais constituido predominantemente por inmigrantes, ocupa el primer lugar en numero de suicidios en America Latina en todas las edades y, especialmente, entre los adolescentes, sin conocerse los motivos para que ello ocurra. Anteriormente pudo vislumbrarse como el alto potencial suicida y el numero de consultas psicologicas solian ser frecuentes en poblacion de migrados internos. En los ninos, entre los factores que promueven el suicidio se encuentran, entre otras situaciones: la desintegracion familiar, mudanzas, etc., caracteristicos de la relocacion geografica. This work attempts to identify possible mental disorders, and / or greater risk of suicide in five cases of people migrated. We start from the hypothesis that migration can cause alterations in the Functions of Reality, and to increase suicide risk, so the psychic structure of this population would be weaker than in the non-migrated population.
