Resumen

In this paper, the importance of the organizational environment for the good performance of leaders and workers of the health units is valued. Different forms of determining this environment and the ways to improve it are discussed. Among these forms, the ones proposed by Letwin and Stinger are discussed, but emphasis is put on the exploration techniques of the Organizational Environment through four basic dimensions: motivation, leadership, reciprocity and participation.
