Resumen
Choledocholithiasis is a common condition after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, usually presenting with pain and jaundice. We present the case of a 65-year-old woman who was referred presenting jaundice and abdominal pain, which was managed with endoscopic retrograde cholangiography, the origin of it was the migration of the clips used to perform the laparoscopic cholecystectomy acting as a matrix to formation of this stone in the bile duct.
