Resumen

In April 2009, the Law No. 29344: framework Law on universal Health Assurance was enacted, its implementation will be gradual in the number of insured as coverage of benefits and explicit guarantees. first will be implemented in nine pilot areas of the poorest provinces and districts of Peru, for which the State has made budgetary changes to allow its implementation.
