Return migration remains a little explored topic that brings out the multiple factors involved in this experience, as well as the main problems that facing migrants in health and work. In this process not only individuals are mobilizing but also transiting goods, knowledge and disease, for this reason comprehensive analyzes are required that consider it in broader terms and not just those of physical type. Health needs are not always properly dealt to them, due to bearings of inequity, lack of cohesion and social integration,factors involved in the inattention and spread of disease; in their displacement faces significant disparities not only in health but in employment, education and social safety nets
