This research work aims to show the relationship between the organizational environment and labor productivity within the Ministry of the Interior - Undersecretary of Migration of the Airport Jose Joaquin de Olmedo. This study was developed through a descriptive model of transactional cut, since it was used the collection of data through the survey based on the eight scales of the organizational climate created by (Decottis & Koys, 1991)carried out to the personnel belonging to the public institution before mentioned. This research is conducted under a mixed approach. It is thus a field research of a non-experimental type, and thus determine whether it has a direct relationship between organizational climate and productivity. The data was also collected from a sample of 103 officials who belong to the Ministry of the Interior. The result obtained was that the organizational climate directly influences labor productivity within the Ministry of the Interior - Undersecretary of Migration.
