In this article, we will make a brief review of the main actors of the Peruvian Health System (PHS), with emphasis on\nMunicipal's Proposals what it has been characterized as Emerging Phenomenon, deepening knowledge around what they\nare, how they are and what their actual and potential contributions to the PHS.
