Italianos en el Cantábrico: identidades e historia de una migración particular

espanolEste trabajo intenta explicar y desarrollar la llegada de los industriales italianos dedicados a la elaboracion de anchoa. Para ello descubriremos las distintas familias que se involucraron en el sector, sus origenes, sus vivencias y sobre todo la repercusion que tuvo en la evolucion del sector pesquero y conservero. Con todo ello pretendemos dejar constancia de esta importante migracion que se vivio en el entorno Cantabrico desde finales del siglo XIX. EnglishThis work looks to explain and develop the arrival of Italian businessmen who worked on anchovy production. We will discover the different families that were involved in the sector, their origins, their experiences and, above all, the effect they had on the evolution of the fishing sector and canning industry.
