Promoción de la Salud Mental Ocupacional: Revisión y proyecciones para Chile
Openalex
Resumen
Method: A systematic search was made in databases, by means of the use of the key words, at national and international level, and a manual one from the initial results. References in English and Spanish were included, concordant with objectives of the article. Legal references were obtained of the Library of the National Congress. Discussion: In Chile, the sub-area of the Occupational Heath Promotion is not yet a priority, this fact is reflected in the poor investigation and the scanty public policies of health. Job stress originates from the interrelationship between the work itself, the labour environment and the capacity of confrontation of the worker. As strategy, Occupational Health Promotion's mixed interventions prove to be effective and they must be fomented widely from the investigation and the policies, if Chile pretends to improve its Mental Health's indicators.
