The article is part of an investigation that includes the forced or voluntary return in this sector of the population. Methodology. The work is based on the critical perspective of population studies using the comparative and deductive methodology in the light of bibliographic, newspaper archives, and available statistical information. Results. a sociodemographic diagnosis of migration of Mexican children to the United States is made. The child care policy and the so-called children mobility humanitarian crisis in the international context are addressed and discussed. Conclusions.
