La migración para software libre como alternativa de soberanía tecnológica en las carreras universitarias

Resumen

The main theme of this work is the study of technological sovereignty in Cuban universities, where the concept of sovereignty itself was established and I highlight the great importance for our country to continue fighting to achieve it despite all the actions carried out by the United States to prevent it. Likewise, a migration strategy towards free software for university courses was proposed, as this is one of the technologies that most promotes sovereignty in the world today. At the same time, a partial application of the strategy was carried out, which has so far yielded effective results.
