Resumen

The tourism sector in Colombia is growing thanks to new and innovative initiatives have been government as Colombia is Passion which is a national brand campaign to increase tourism in Colombia and improve their image on the outside of Colombia. The importance of tourism for a country is great because this is not just a revenue generator and a sector of the economy that may increase the GDP and employment is also a way of attracting foreign investment into the country. In the country, although at present this tourism sector health is not as significant in the economy is expected that this project that has a whole can become in 2032, recognized as one of the world leaders in generating revenues in excess health tourism to 6,000 million dollars.
