La agenda europea de migración: Últimos desarrollos

Resumen

Triggered by the massive influx of asylum-seekers and the humanitarian crisis that followed,\nthe European Commission published in May 2015 the European Agenda on Migration, which serves as\nthe starting point to reform the common policies on border control, asylum and migration to cope with\nthis challenge. However, the latest developments on this policies raise a number of doubts concerning\nasylum-seekers’ fundamental rights and States’ obligations under International Refugee Law.
