La tutela en salud y sus resultados en equidad

Resumen

The health litigation has been a mechanism highly used in Colombia to request the protection of the right to health given the multiple barriers of access that appear inside the General System of Social security in Health. Therefore, the present investigation thinks about how to establish if the health litigation is an instrument that in addition to the protection of the right to health, allows the access to health services in major measurement to those more vulnerable individuals, that is to say, if it is an equity mechanism. For it an analysis of the recoveries is realized by health litigation to the Fosyga, descriptive indexes are prepared, its distribution is observed and later inequality measurements are applied. One finds that the arranged in health litigation focuses appropriately on the expense in health, given that those who are more vulnerable gain access really.
