Migración : la némesis de la tradición liberal-cosmopolita de los Estados Unidos de América

Resumen

The work to be done, has as its main foundation, to find and demonstrate how the immigration policy of the United States of America “Zero Tolerance” represents a setback in the liberal-cosmopolitan tradition of the United States, through the different speeches and facts made by the different institutions that represent immigration security such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service (ICE), accordingly with the orders issued by President Donald Trump who finally dictates the measures that must be taken in order to have a situation that has been presented throughout the history of the US and that is demonstrated by analyzing the facts that allowed the foundation of the country. To achieve the demonstration of what can be determined as a setback in the development of the US, the main theories that allow to illustrate what was the most entrenched conceptual line of the country as the liberal theory and theory are established cosmopolitan, which illustrate the foundational foundations of the United States, as well as exemplifying the main immigration measures that were taken in the twentieth century to finally be able to contrast them with the measures taken by the president in charge of the White House and make explicit as these measures have violated the main principles established by theories along with human rights violations, which can be considered as core in both liberalism and cosmopolitanism, since it is the defense of these that allows satisfaction and compliance of a free society.
