Resumen

This paper analyzes some conceptual references about labor risks, accidents and\noccupational diseases. A search was conducted, selection and literature review,\nelectronic documents and texts related to the topic. In general work areas do not\nhave the elements to guarantee safe working conditions, even if the current legal\nregulations requires the employer “provide and maintain a working environment,\nsuitable conditions health and safety, establish working methods with minimal\nhealth risks within the production process.
