Resumen

In the last years, internationalisation process has \nbecome one of the most relevant explicative and \nAnalytical categories in the world. Much has been \nwritten and argued about this subject and there are a \ndiversity of ways to understand it. The fundamental \ncharacter for internationalisation process, is the \nimposition of a mind model to conceive the world, \nsociety, production and deeds distribution, and relations \nbetween nations, known as neo liberalism which \nconstitutes the nowadays economical paradigm. This \ndevelopment model, makes the riches redistribution \ndifficult, concentrates the capital, produces poverty and \nunemployment, has a great impact on workers´ life and \nhealth. \nAt the beginning of the XXI century, after so \ncalled real socialism disappearence, the capitalismsocialism \nbipolarity scenery, which identified the world \nfor more than forty years, disappears and a the begins \nclear period of an occidental capitalist hegemony, \ncharacterized by the world expansion and dominion with \noccidental culture, and with the predominance of big \nforeigner corporations´ economical interest and of the \nmarket economy, lead by United States. An almost \ninvisible empire, that does not wish to conquer countries \nbut markets, which objective is not the territory \n"anextion", like before, but is to control their riches, \nnot allowing most of their "subjects" to perceive their \nsubmission to them. \nThe intention in the present assay is to reflex on \nthe impact of the process which affect directly the \nworkers health; some in a general manner, related with \nthe life quality deterioration and the predominance of \na techno-productive model conducing to the riches \nconcentration which increases poverty levels and \ngenerates unemployment; and others with a more \nparticular character that alter the working world the \nlabour relationships, as the work flexibility and \nprecarious, the over exploiting of women, toll corn and \ninfant work. Moreover the risks exportation and the \nenvironmental deterioration importance.
