Resumen

The present project aims to analyze the Universidad de Las Americas IT academic services considering It is critical and Its technical features to determine adequate strategy to migrate those services that are viable, toward a Cloud Computing environment. To achieve the above, first was important to realize a UDLA characterization where its mission and vision were identified and also their strategic objectives posed in the short term. Subsequently an inventory of technological services available in UDLA through its Systems Division, considering those oriented to academia was performed.
