Resumen

In 2005 the Ministry of Health and Social Protection - MHSP formulated the National Policy for the Provision of Health Services, it suggested that because of heterogeneity and decentralization of the country, the providing health services institutions, public and private, had the possibility of developing models of service delivery under the current health system. Thus, nowadays in Bogota there are four (4) provision of health home services models, including the Home Health Care - HHC- developed for different Healthcare Provider Institutions - HPI.
