Tendencias, perspectivas y desafíos de la gobernanza en salud: Un análisis bibliométrico
Openalex
Resumen
This review article aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis using advanced bibliometric techniques to identify trends, patterns, and key areas of research in health governance. A total of 1102 scientific articles were retrieved from the Scopus database, which were examined using bibliometric indicators and network maps built with VOSviewer software. The results cover the most influential countries, authors, and journals, the most cited texts, and key themes such as adaptability, equity, security, inter-sector collaboration, legal and ethical aspects, management and governance of health systems, and health security. These findings provide a valuable panoramic view for future research and the formulation of global health policies. It is concluded that health governance frameworks should be adapted to specific contexts, integrating both ethical and practical aspects of health management, and that public health policy formulation should be based on principles of equity, efficiency, and intersectoral cooperation between public and private actors.
