INFLUENCIA DE LA MIGRACIÓN INTERNA EN LAS RELACIONES INTERPERSONALES DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA GERENCIA REGIONAL DE ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL GOBIERNO REGIONAL LA LIBERTAD EN EL AÑO 2015

Resumen

The purpose of this investigation was to analyze the influence of internal migration in interpersonal relationships. For this we worked with a population of 41 migrant workers from the Regional Office of the Regional Government Administration Freedom; which they were selected by sampling for stratification. The degree of integration of migrant workers is determined; and the effects of acculturation in the integration process. As measuring instruments, the questionnaire used the observation guide and interview guide to measure the independent and dependent variables. After analyzing the results it is concluded that if migration significantly influence the interpersonal relationships of migrant workers from the Regional Office of the Regional Government Administration Freedom.
