espanolLa pandemia provocada por el coronavirus 2019-nCoV ha determinado la publicacion de un Real Decreto estableciendo el estado de alarma que ha alterado la gestion de la actividad sanitaria y la aplicacion de la legislacion en materia de salud en sus parametros normales, estableciendo dicha gestion bajo la autoridad designada, y como medida extrema el aislamiento de personas afectadas en los hospitales o en su propio domicilio, junto al confinamiento del resto de la poblacion con el fin de detener la expansion de dicha pandemia en nuestro pais. EnglishThe pandemic caused by the 2019-nCoV coronavirus has determined the publication of a Royal Decree establishing the state of alarm that has altered the management of health activity and the application of health legislation in its normal parameters, establishing said management under the designated authority, and as an extreme measure the isolation of affected people in hospitals or in their own homes, together with the confinement of the rest of the population in order to stop the spread of said pandemic in our country
