Promoción de la salud y prevención de la enfermedad Comentarios a la Ley 715 de 2001

Resumen

The current neo liberal social policy has given origin to Law 715 of 2001, which distributes the resources for education and health in a context of fiscal discipline and decrease of public expenses, defining the assignation of resources of the Nation. Such law is short in socioeconomic indicators, and actions of health promotion and prevention of disease, making emphasis only on some programs of Obligatory Health Program and ignoring the assignation of resources to departments of socio economic and human development indicators for Colombia.
