La Salud/Enfermedad, ¿Un Proceso Global?

Resumen

This paper describes the interaction of the concept of globalization in the health/disease process as well as the effect globalization has on the conceptualization and attention to health. The thesis shows the reader four important aspects: 1) The process by which health/disease have affected populations globally, 2) The process of disease globalization from the perspective of social care, 3) The concept of global health, which refers to the objectives, goals and perspectives of health institutions, and finally 4) the effect of globalization on health, which states that health does not depend on the individual as a whole, but rather on the economic and political decisions of their country.
