APORTES DEL TALENTO HUMANO COMO ACTOR ESTRATÉGICO DE UNA GOBERNANZA DE LA SALUD

Resumen
The purpose of the research is to contextualize health governance based on the contributions of human talent as a strategic actor, and has two specific guidelines: 1.- To identify the principles that govern health governance, and 2.- To reveal the strategic actors that are part of health governance. Its research paradigm is of a phenomenological-interpretative order, with a qualitative approach, under a documentary/bibliographic structure, non-exploratory and direct observation. The epistemic reference is the Grounded Theory, taking as a perspective the vision of Strauss and Corbin (2002); the research has reached the stage of discursive categorization, using matrices proposed for the process of constant comparison (theoretical saturation) within the grounded theory itself, to end with an idea of good praxis based on the contributions of human talent as a strategic actor of health governance. Keywords: Governance, citizen participation, grounded theory.
