Resumen
During the formation of a geological structure stress profiles and pore pressure are altered, inducing changes in the distribution of fluid saturation. The integration of the Finite Elements Method (FEM) in solution of Partial Differencial Equation (PDE) associated that phenomenon indicates the probable routes of migration and accumulation of hydrocarbons.
