Corrección espontánea de la migración dental patológica después del tratamiento periodontal. Reporte de un caso

Resumen

Pathological tooth migration (PTM) is a common complication of moderate to severe periodontitis and is often the cause that motivates patients to seek dental treatment with the frequent reference: «my teeth are separated». In this review of the literature (PubMed), we present the available information on the prevalence, etiology, treatment and prevention of pathologic tooth migration report of a clinical case treated for the residence of graduate program in periodontics.
