Resumen

The interdepartmental displacement of young people from rural Colombia refers to the transfer of this population group from the countryside to the city, taking into account various causes that may be determined by social, economic, political and cultural factors that give rise to changes in the development of the community. community in the different psychosocial dynamics generated from the phenomenon, however, this mechanism has generated different identity processes that are mainly rooted in new models of education, employability, housing and health that can have a positive or negative impact and which have generated various policies and development plans that allow understanding and addressing the influence they have on rural youth, however, this movement has dissociated various opinions that put in uncertainty the identity processes in the different expressions of youth and youth. the communities. Under these parameters, the main causes of the internal migration of young Colombian rural people to the city and their incidence in the territory will be reviewed along with the identity processes.
