Resumen

This investigation shows the way in which international migration affects the development and construction of binational relations, taking as a case of study the migration of Haitians to the Dominican Republic, as a historical phenomenon that is related to the way in which both countries they have related and generated deeper problems such as apatrity, more specifically from 2005 to 2015.
