Producto turístico de naturaleza para el desarrollo de comunidades rurales en Manabí, Ecuador

Resumen

Ecuador's tourism potential is based on its biodiversity and natural wonders; therefore, it is necessary to propose initiatives to improve the tourism offer. The objective of this article is to structure a methodology for the design of a nature tourism product as a contribution to the improvement of living conditions in the rural community "La Esperanza", Bolivar canton, Manab-Ecuador, which has a great variety of natural and cultural resources that are not used for the development of tourism activities. To complement the above, the type of documentary and field research has been incorporated in the appropriate theoretical context of the problem under study. As a result of the research, the structure of a tourism product is shown, which includes the integration of the components of the tourism system, market research and strategic marketing. To conclude, the structuring of a tourism product related to the nature tourism modality is presented, as a contribution to the implementation of some Sustainable Development Goals for the tourism activity and improvement of the living conditions of the members of the rural community under study
