Gestión estratégica del talento humano en el sector salud de Ecuador

Resumen

The objective was to describe the strategic management of human talent in the Ecuadorian healthcare sector. \nThe contributions of Salazar and Panca (2018), Ramírez and Ampudia (2018), Ramírez, Espíndola and Ruiz \n(2019), and, Cejas, Vásquez and Chirinos (2017) were used. The research was descriptive with a documentary \ndesign; a category matrix was designed as a data recording instrument. The results show that human talent is \nan essential resource in health institutions; therefore its proper management is key to optimal performance and \nachievement of goals in the healthcare system.
