Regulation and the informal economy : microenterprises in Chile, Ecuador, and Jamaica

This text demonstrates that regulations in developing countries are not in fact perceived by entrepreneurs as a constraint to initiating microenterprises, and that compliance should not seem to present significant operational problems.
