The study indicates that in the last two decades the economic policy of the Mexican state has been oriented to strengthen the growth of service activities, mainly those related to the tourism subsector, leaving aside the agricultural sector, when this has been characterized as being The highest generator of employment in rural areas. The state Nayarit following the guidelines of the national economic policy, from 2000 establishes as a development strategy to tourism, achieving to date an unprecedented growth. This change has redefined the axis of accumulation of capital, and this has implied a change in the predominance of activities and labor requirements in quantitative and qualitative terms, favoring another form of market segmentation and differentiation of Between sectors. This document contextualizes the phenomenon of labor force mobility, given the new and emerging labor markets offered by tourism and services in the South Coast of Nayarit.
