Experience and practice construct identity with the presence of other to whom I can care of, which appears in public space as a condition of own empowerment and self-management..The study of social representations in health education, considered as constructing healthy habits in a local community, let us assume some relationships between culture, care, apprenticeship and citizenship. Keywords: care culture; health education; citizenship
