La migración. Tema prioritario en la agenda de la relación bilateral México-Estados Unidos, orígenes, desarrollo y posibles políticas del gobierno mexicano

Resumen

The article analyzes the development of illegal Mexican migration toward United States of America (U.S.A.), during the XX century. The work stresses the requirement of Mexican administration to respect migrant's human rights by U.S.A. government, because they are a source of wealth to this one, and, in future, could be a source of conflicts between both countries. A remarkable point in the text is the analysis of the future possible policies that Mexican administration can promote trough forty two diplomatic offices in U.S.A., to protect our citizens' rights; as an example, the conformation of a Bilateral Commission to control the border area and to join periodically members of the Congress of both nations to discuss migration policies.
