LA SOSTENIBILIDAD DEL PRESUPUESTO GENERAL DEL ESTADO EN EL ECUADOR

Resumen

The Sustainability of the General State Budget (PGE) of Ecuador in the period 2008 to 2017 is analyzed from the Model of the Triple Shed of Sustainability, locating the PGE as an instrument of Management of the Income and Expenses so that they generate a good health that guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives set out in the National Plan A Whole Life. The study is Observational, Retrospective, Longitudinal and Descriptive. Data are used obtained from the existing statistics of the governing body of Public Finance, the Ministry of Finance, entity responsible for collecting information from all public sector institutions, evaluating the budget execution cut as of December 31 of each year economic, being the analytical variable, the sustainability of the budget. The data found show that the General State Budget does not have a balance between income and expenses.
