La migración de recursos humanos calificados en México

Resumen

This article presents a quantification of highly skilled migrants living in the United States, describing its main features. They identified some factors that contribute to the migration of this group of people, also, is a description of the important role played by English language proficiency on migrants, creating an advantage or disadvantage depending on the same domain. Finally, we review the time it takes for a family of immigrants to enter the middle class in the northern neighbor.
