Resumen

The inappropriate attention given to migration has triggered social problems concerning the loss of human capital, discrimination, as well as violations of labor rights and the strengthening of criminal networks, affecting origin, transit and destiny migrants’ countries. Then, the author proposes to think this subject over from the point of view of human rights and international cooperation.
