La correspondencia operativa en la atención primaria a la salud

Resumen

The purpose of this paper is to present some ideas on sharing responsibility in order to operate at a primary health level. The importance of community participation on health selfcare is well documented, and so is support through health groups. The articulation process and the levels of importance of the different functions (principal and secondary) are analyzed, as well as the co-responsibility, which contributes to a better linking and delimitation of activities.
