This article is an advance summary of the research project called ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW AND ARGUMENTS FOR HEALTH IN COLOMBIA. The article considers that the progress of international legislation have contributed decisively to the consolidation by way of Colombian constitutional jurisprudence of the right to health.
