Resumen

This article aims to present an analysis conformed by three edges pointing to the construction of an emerging sexual citizenship: a) migration of transgender women as a process of territorial mobilization differentiated socially, in Tapachula as cross-border region, b) the context of social persecution experienced by the migration body identity experienced with rejection and discrimination, c) the relationship and dealings with public servants of the international garitas in management procedures and constraints experienced in the transit of the borders: the territorial, of Central America to Mexico, and the corporeal, from man to woman.
