The research aims to develop a study on the right to work for women, seeking protection, promoting equality at work, due to the impact it is currently causing in the 21st century to reach labor equality, such as a fundamental right that women have in Ecuador. The methodology will be focused through personal situations that women live in day to day, the problems they have to face in order to get a job, even to receive a salary equal to that of men.
