Resumen

The principal objective of this article is to analyze the access techniques WCDMA, OFDMA and SCFDMA, to further understand the architecture of UMTS/HSPA and LTE, in order to establish mechanisms for an operator can to migrate from UMTS/HSPA to LTE, considering the network and the spectrum.
