Crisis, migración y paternidad responsable: problemas de la contemporaneidad

Resumen

From the premise that migratory processes interfere in the structural order of families, and being that, understood as a domestic church, since Vatican II, it is necessary to examine how the Catholic Church has positioned itself on these two essential phenomena, in the contemporaneity. By understanding Responsible Parenthood in a macro perspective, which is composed of human procreation and teaching, we face the emergence of a possible crisis generated or intensified by the migration process. The proposal of this work is to examine, from a historiographic vision, how these phenomena are related in twentieth century ecclesiastical discourses. To carry out this analysis, we will consider official statements of the Catholic Church and confront them with the concept of crisis in Koselleck, to understand if the migratory crises of the last century would have caused barriers for Responsible Parenthood.
