Resumen

The paper analyses social dynamics at processes that involving migration, consumption and identity. In the first case, are studied the cultural and migration flows of persons from Paraiba’s State Region (Brazil northeast) that departing towards Rio de Janeiro’s State Region at southeast country. This experience allows to perceiving transformations in the spaces of origin and destination, motivated too for these citizens, while yours trajectories. Different of the most studies on Brazil internal migration that were preoccupied predominantly with socioeconomical transformations it saw at national structure level and were shared dichotomical notions that which the sub-development of some regions are understood like past survival and don’t selecting new interpretative ways, that translate the quotidian from such migrants, breaking so with the analysis linked to homogeneity that hidden the real social relations, the coexistences of temporal-spatial segments, the interlaced livings and practices and memories that composing yours cultural trajectories. The second case it reporting to Chinese migrants in Brazil linked at some informal commerce nets. A part from these Chinese emigrated of definitive way to country and other part staying only transitorilly, as strategy to maintain social and economical bonds, allowing manages and great opportunities at two different points of the globalization context and commodities flows. Such bonds it shows kinship relations and the migratory nets like strategic elements for the maintenance and continuity from these commercial practices. One other important point of that analysis are the related processes of identitary fragmentation and ambivalence, that let at these Chinese from some way «negotiate» with your ethnic identity, finding thus, gears that them helping to living with the foreigner migrant condition. These two migration processes are linked with economic questions and cultural flows, and because this, both study cases reflecting the concept of culture from one dimension that yonder to include the productions of symbolical goods and their processes of circulation and legitimization, also can it seen like socio-economical strategies whole that implying questions of identity, difference and nation.
