Antecedentes históricos de la seguridad social en salud: parte de la construcción de un país sin memoria

Resumen

The following paper tries to be a learning place about the history of health sector in Colombia. First of all it collects the most important incidents in the actual Colombian social security’s consolidation. Last, it tackles the circumstances of the public and private sector until the social security system in health enacted by the 100 law. It concludes that the achievements attained by social security, this show in application of health right.
