Resumen

This article has been developed under the IAP\nresearch methodology (participatory action\nresearch), through the Community partition\nbuilding solutions through joint work aimed at\nproducing ideas to resolve the acute crisis in\nColombia in implementing its health system,\nthe systematic violation of the right to health,\nwhich requires social mobilization, the organization\nlost claim and demand the right to health,\nbut without prejudice to the work done by the\nconstitutional court in the construction of a line\nof cases to protect that right and that the community\nconstantly demands.
