Migración y exclusión sanitaria en la Comunitat Valenciana

espanolEl RDL 16/2012 y las normas que lo complementan han establecido un esquema de exclusion sanitaria cuyos efectos aun perviven. Para conocer esta realidad en la Comunitat Valenciana se realizo un estudio que combina diferentes metodos y fuentes. La exclusion sanitaria ha supuesto la ruptura de la universalizacion del derecho a la proteccion a la salud y ha otorgado un estatus de inferioridad a la poblacion inmigrante en situacion administrativa irregular. Esta accion, como ejemplo de las fronteras internas que se configuran en nuestro territorio, es discriminatoria y ha recibido el rechazo social, que en el marco del estudio, se ha concretado en el Observatorio del Derecho Universal a la Salud de la Comunitat Valenciana (ODUSALUD). A study has been carried out to understand this reality by combining different methods and sources. Excluding health services has broken the universalization of the right to health protection and has granted a status of inferiorty to the illegal immigrant. This action is discriminatory, an example of the internal borders that are formen in our territory and has received the social rejection such as that of the Observatory of the Universal Right to Health (ODUSALUD)
