Resumen

As opposed to the power crisis that crosses the Argentina in individual, the high costs which industrial gas and electricity are derived from the demand of progressive increase of the price of the national and concerned raw materials. The use of originating cullet basically of the industry of packages of automatic manufacture has become an alternative very advantageous as much for the great as small and medium companies from the guild. However, in general, this renewable resource is not used with guessed right technological criterion and it repels strongly in the well-know deficiency of quality in front of similar products of import, competitive at economic level. In the following study the error more frequent are shown than they take place throughout all the cycle - from the elaboration from raw material, treatment of the discarding and recycled glass in the public thoroughfare, to its refunding in diverse glasswork of compatible guilds -, analyze the main defects of finished products, their relation with standards of quality and national and international norms of salubrity and evaluate the advantage and the detriment at level of environmental cleaning and quality of life. Finally on the basis of the made diagnosis diverse tend criteria to the continuous improvement according to a rationalization of the suitable use more of this material of vital importance as much in our country as in the rest of the world set out.
